The staff went out of their way to be helpful and kind. No complaints, everyone worked hard. They can't control the noise level. They were kind enough to move to me to the top floor which helped a lot. This is a VERY NOISY place, not their fault. Patong is a party town and I don't party. Bad move on my part.

The staff Mai in the night shift was extremely friendly, helpful and full of warmth. I really loved him for his hospitality. My deep regards to Mai at the reception.
